We offer free shipping.

1.Processing Orders

Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped out as soon as possible.

 

2. Shipping Policy

At Afloia, we are proud to offer 24-hour order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). All items purchased include Free Standard Shipping to all US and European destinations.

 

3. Shipping Carrier

Afloia ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, etc. for our deliveries.

 

4.Shipping Time

 All orders will be shipped in 3-7 days,Except for the following reasons:

  1. Lack of stock in local country,and we will ship from another country.
  2. Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes do not support shipping.
  3. If there are other reasons for delayed shipping, we will contact you.

 

5.Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Afloia as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at service@afloia.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

 

6.Canceled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting service@afloia.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.（Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.） The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather, and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved. Asking for forgives for any inconvenience.

 

7.Shipping Tracking

We will send you an email when your order has shipped, and you can review your order and shipping information and processing on your account if you have registered. If you have not registered on our site, you can also track your order with your tracking number. For more information about the delivery, you can contact us (service@afloia.com). We will contact you as soon as possible.
